Recommended.
Absolutely Recommended everybody should know this band. They played at the last Wacken. Their style is the new wave of power metal, like bands like Rebellion, Adorned Brood, Alestorm or even Turisas is not the clasic power of Gamma Ray or Helloween. You really should give them a chance, trust me, I love them.
I wanted to post something today and I investigate a bit and discovered that just today the released this album what a surprise for me and what better to post ^^.

Dedicated to all the people I have recommended this band since their first album.

As a final comment i would like to add that despite this album is very good in my opinion Primo Victoria is still the best one from this band.

R.I.P. Ronnie James Dio

Ronnie James Dio (10th July 1942 - 16th May 2010) has dead. It's, of course, a sad day for the world of Metal. This man was the cause of the best Black Sabbath albums. This man was one of the greatest Heavy Metal voices I've ever heard. For that reason, today is a sad day for us all. Ronnie James Dio is a legend of Heavy Metal, and nothing will change it. We'll never forget you, Dio. You're in our hearts, forever. R.I.P.

Keep of Kalessin spawned back in 1994, under the name Ildskjaer, by the hand of Ghash and Obsidian C., later joined by Vyl and Warach. The band´s violent yet dark and epic black metal - as well as the somewhat mysterious monicker and lyrics - are inspired by the work of American fantasy writer Ursula K. Le Guin’s The Earthsea Quartet. With this concept in mind, the guys recorded the first demo Skygger av Sorg in the Fall of 1996, though several problems in finding a proper rehearsal room made this task rather difficult.

Shade Empire was formed in Kuopio, Finland late 1999. They released three demos which were all highly acclaimed, receiving positive response from the press around the world. At last their third demo woke up the true interest of record companies and Shade Empire was signed to Italian Avantgarde Music. Shade Empire began truly develop their music and 2004 it was time for the first effort “Sinthetic”. For their first album these young Finns introduced a very orchestrated, yet electronic dark/black metal. This powerful mixture of melody and hate earned many great reviews worldwide and pushed their recognizable sound to wider audience.

Skyforger is a Folk / Pagan Metal band from (Semigallia) Rīga, Latvia. They have been tempering their music in the smithy of the Thundergod since 1995. For the last decade, the band has been fighting under the flag of Latvian pagan metal; an extreme blend of traditional baltic folk music and various Metal influences ranging from Norwegian inspired black metal through to 80s-rooted heavy metal.
