Bueno bueno, finalmente ya esta aquí ya llegó el esperado tributillo. Entrado en la valoración personal, demuestra claramente como bien comenté con h lo GRANDES que son summoning. Y pq? direís, pues pq casi todos los artistas han optado por imitar lo mas fiel que han podido el sonido unico de la mencionada banda con escaso exito si acaso en un par han conseguido algo un poco original y decente. No veía yo necesario esta alta fidelidad al sonido original, hubiera sido mucho mas interesante si cada banda hubiera aportado un toque personal mayor o hubieran hecho versiones pq que una banda imite el sonido de summoning personalmente no me aporta nada mas que corroborar que summoning estan a años luz de cualquier otra banda y que no es una banda que se imite o que se versione facilmente por su peculiaridad. Quien prefiera alguna de estas versioncillas al sonido original no es un verdadero "fan" de summoning...
Pero claro eso no era la intencion de los artistas, que por otro lado la mayoria de ellos son bandas buenas pero no grandes, otro punto negativo de este tributo. Una gan banda como summoning se merece algo mas que esto. Aun así destaco la presencia de Elffor posiblemente la mejor banda o la que mas comparte la esencia de summoning de las presentes. Hildr Valkyrie es otra gran banda pero lo suyo no es el black atmosférico asi que no termino de entender que hacen en este tributo y como han intentado darle un toque folk que para nada encaja pero esta bien intentado por la originalidad. Theudho es otra banda que me gusta pero bueno... Destacable Kauan porque han hecho posiblemente la versión mas original transformandola en doom de una forma adecuada aun así siempre preferible lo original por supuesto.
En fin como tributo que es, el disco no se debe valorar ni positiva ni negativamente, simplemente agradecer a los artistas participantes el esfuerzo y las molestias pero se hecha en falta algo mas de grandeza y originalidad. Decepcionante a la vista de las espectativas que este disco había creado en el mundillo. No ayuda a las bandas participantes pq no demuestran su estilo, hay casos de bandas que originalmente tocan gothic o folk, que poco tiene que ver...
Otra cosa: es muy corto, no pasaba nada por dedicar el disco uno a las versiones de las canciones y en el dos por ejemplo alguna cancion propia de las bandas relacionada musicalmente con summoning, pero claro dificil.
Un tributo que no esta a la altura de la grandeza de Summoning. Tambien detallo que se ha hecho con pocos recursos y de una forma casi casi caserilla, no es lo mismo un tributo creado por una gran discografica o promovido por un grupo de renombre, asi que se agradece el esfuerzo del autor. Servirá para dar un poco a conocer a las bandas partícipes lo cual es bueno y valoro. En lo que respecta a Summoning no he visto que hayan opinado al respecto en algun medio, si alguien conoce este dato agradeceria nos informe, pero da la sensacion de que lo agradecen claro pero sin mas, un poco lo que pienso yo.
Un disco que para oídos expertos no aporta nada y tampoco a la banda y muy poco a los participantes pero que muchos disfrutaran como niños su autor el primero embolsándose perritas fáciles. En fin que cada uno juzgue por si mismo.
