Hoy se dirigía a mi Toni, el cantante de esta banda para informarme de que ya tenían listo su primer album. Al fin! Desde NW la relación que hemos mantenido con esta banda ha sido como mínimo de amistosa desde su inicio unos años atras gracias a Toni que es con quien principalmente o exclusivametne he hablado. Conocemos varias bandas incipientes del panorama nacional pero como esta ninguna, por su afan de superacion, su esfuerzo la dedicacion y la busqueda de un sonido propio y no solo ya por su sonido si no por la calidad humana de estos tios, que muchos no le dareis importancia pero yo estoy harto de pavos bordes, infantiles, creidos super darks o "superstars" y undergrounds... entonces cuando te encuentras unos tios como estos se te alegra hasta la cara, gente respetable, madura, trabajadora, humilde y educada, honorable al fin y al cabo. Gente de bien en lo personal y en lo musical gente de esa que falta por el mundo. Una banda con mucho potencial y ganas y madera para desarrollarlo. Northern Warriors apuesta por karlahan.
Antes de subir el disco lo he estado escuchando analíticamente en cuanto al estilo predominan los teclados creando un toque sinfonico en todo el album. Las canciones son muy variopintas entre si, la intro es muy peliculera muy epica, eso que karlahan saben hacer tan bien. Luego hay canciones que combinan casi todas las variantes del metal, lo mas predominante seria quizás un death melódico o por lo menos es en la variante que mas me gustan estos chicos, hay elementos black, toques góticos algún discreto acercamiento al doom, solos power, melodias folk... veo este debut como una declaracion de intenciones que promete personalmente me quedaria con la ultima cancion "Reverie" es la que veo quizá mas uniforme y que tiene mejor encajados los diferentes elementos propios de la banda en general. Pero hay otras canciones con partes muy buenas, y hasta un momento que te parece estar escuchando summoning, ya lo encontrareis si os poneis a ello jeje.
En resumen una presentación grandiosa (destaco que es un disco auto-producido) de una banda que promete mostrando una gran variedad de repertorio y estilos que de saber encajar y definir de la mejor forma posible podríamos estar ante una de las grandes.
A todo esto como puntilla final remarcar que todos los que hayáis oído el ultimo álbum de Equilibrium "Sagas" habeís escuchado a mi colega Toni cantando en la cancion "Blut Im Auge" para mas información visitar su myspace jeje.
The band would like to add that this album has been like a hell to them, because of the long time working on it and all the sacrifices supposed. So the long-awaited album finally is here, hope your enjoying, the long waiting has been worthy!

Excelente album!! Oí algunas canciones, aun no las he oido todas pero bastante bueno!! Llevaba esperando el album un buen tiempo y no ha desilusionado, felicidades a los muchachos!
Today was going to my Toni, the singer of this band to inform me that already had prepared their first album. At last! From the northwest, the relationship we had with this band has at least been friendly since its inception a few years ago thanks to Toni who is who or exclusivametne mainly spoken. We know several bands emerging on the national scene but as this is no, for his eagerness to excel, his dedication and effort searching for an own sound and not just by sound if not for the human quality of these guys, not many you will give importance but I'm tired of edges turkeys, children, believed super darks or "superstars" and undergrounds ... then when you're around guys like these are you glad to face, respectable people, mature, hardworking, humble and educated, honorable to the end of the day. Good people personally and musically that people missing around the world. A band with great potential and desire to develop and wood. Northern Warriors Karlahan bid.
Before going up the hard I've been listening analytically as the predominant style creating a symphonic keyboards throughout the album. The songs are very motley one another, the intro is very very epic film crew, Karlahan why they do so well. Then there are songs that combine nearly all variants of the metal, but perhaps a serious predominant melodic death or at least is in the variant that I like these guys, there are elements black, gothic touches a discreet approach to doom, power alone, folk melodies ... I see this debut as a declaration of intent that promises personally I'd choose the last song "Reverie" is what I see, perhaps, more uniform and has better fitted the various elements of the band in general. But there are other very good songs with parts, and even a moment you seem to be listening Summoning, I will find if you get it hehe.
Overall a great presentation (I emphasize that is a self-produced disc) from a band that promises to show a wide variety of repertoire and styles that fit you know and define the best possible way could be looking at a major.
