Deathspell Omega is a black metal band from France.
Their lyrical content deals primarily with Satanism on a metaphysical level. They are currently engaged in creating a series of three concept albums, focusing on the theological aspects of God, Satan and man’s relationship with the two. They are commonly regarded as more sophisticated lyrically and ideologically than most Satanic black metal bands.
