Crimfall is a young soul; it came to being on a wildfire season, Autumn 2007 as one man’s vision. Jakke composed a demo of three songs just for himself but he soon noticed that the material was unique, diverse and strong to stand on its own feet in front of wider audiences. What was still needed was some talent to fulfill the forceful yet melancholic music he had composed, someone to bring the stories of songs to life with voice of both beauty and power. In the end Jakke decided to bring two people to finish his line-up, voices with contrast and variance, as Mikko and Helena joined the band. So was the first recording of Crimfall born, “Burning Winds”.

Noctem is a Melodic Extreme metal band from Valencia (Spain), characterized for executing a mix of musical styles such as Death Metal, Melodic Black metal and Thrash metal influences. It is also characterized for a striking warlike esthetic, unmarked from the classic Black Metal scene, for their lyrics content, based on the cult to former civilizations and their lifestyle: war, destruction, death and old deities belief. Omnium Gatherum is a melodic death metal band founded in Karhula, Finland in 1996. It has many directions and styles, some of them clearly visible while others more unseen. Namely working and keeping it all together under the monicker of melodic life-and-death metal, bastardized by various influences from a whole lot of genres and sub-genres (thrash, black, power, heavy, punk, progressive,neoclassical:especially on a debut album Spirits and August Lights… ), with a lyrical concept not very often seen in the world of metal - that is, academically twisted old school tell-a-tale folk singer attitude with a small amount of mystic poetry hidden somewhere between the lines.

WOLF was formed in 1995 and to this day, the band has had only one goal: to make kick-ass, honest, grab-you-in-the-nuts heavy metal! Cruachan rose from the demise of “Minas Tirith” who had been in existence since 1989. Cruachan was formed in 1992 by Keith Fay after “Minas Tirith” broke up. John Fay and John Clohessy were recruited along with other members who have since departed (Jay Brennan, Leon Bias, Aisling Hanrahan, Joanne Hennessy, Steven Anderson, Jay O’ Neill, Steven Coleman, Declan Cassidy and Paul Kearns among others).

Godgory were formed in 1992 by vocalist Matte Andersson and drummer Erik Andersson (no relation, surprisingly) in Karlstad, Sweden. They have utilized a variety of session musicians over the years, including every member of the band World of Silence at one point or another. Godgory played a doom-inflected variant of Gothenburg melodeath characterized by slow percussive riffs, minimalistic but powerful drumming, deep subdued death growls, and highly melodic keyboards influenced by 70s rock.
